Michelle Okere
Executive Director
Michelle Okere is a distinguished Métis-Cree professional with roots in the Red River Settlement in Manitoba and Fort Belknap Indian Reserve in Montana. She is a member of the Metis Nation of Alberta and an entrepreneurial leader with extensive experience leading organizations at provincial, regional, and national levels.

Alicia Gladue
Athlete, Coach, Motivational Speaker
Born and raised in Fort McKay, Alicia Gladue is involved in football both as a player and as a coach. Described as ambitious, bright, enthusiastic, and passionate, Alicia is Indigenous and proud! She is a part of the Fort McKay Youth Council as the communications coordinator, and attends Mount Royal University, studying Communications and Public Relations.
Lara Dixon
Student
Lara is a powerfull young leader in her community. She is President of the Education student society at the U of R, the media lead for InspirEd non-profit, and she coordinates the Indigenous sports programming for the U of R.
